Modern Test center is a partnership firm Registered with Register of firms,Govt of Odisha, Cuttack, under section 58(1) of Indian Partnership Act 1932 & rule 10 of Odisha Partnership Rue 1943 vide Registration No.600 of 2009(XV1085/08).
Modern Test Center is a Registered Service Sector Enterprise of Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprise of Govt of India as a micro Enterprise through Udyami Registration Portal of Govt of India.
Accreditation and Recognition
Modern Test Center is an accredited laboratory of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 through National Accreditation Board for Testing and calibration Laboratories (NABL), a constituent body of Quality Council of India. NABL is accredited as an Accreditation Body by ILAC & APAC. Modern Test Center has been accredited as a confirmatory Assessment Body as per requirement of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and pursues different laboratory activities. MTC has two different divisions such as the Radiological Testing Division and Quality Assurance Testing Division for Diagnostic Radiology. In the Radiological Testing Division MTC is the Second such accredited lab in India whereas in the Diagnostic Radiology Sector MTC is the first lab to be accredited in India.
The Radiological Testing Division has got the accreditation for the following:
1. Food and Agriculture
2. Water
3. Environment
4. Soil & Ash
The Diagnostic Radiology Division has got the accreditation for the following activities
1. Computed Tomography and Cone beam computed Tomography
2. Fix , mobile and portable X-ray
3. Interventional Radiology and fluoroscopy
MTC is a recognised lab of Bureau of Indian Standard under lab Recognition Scheme for measurement of Radioactive Residue ( Table -4 parameters) as per the requirement of IS 14543 :2016 and IS 13428:2005 and IS 10500:2013.

Modern Test Center is located at Berhampur City of Odisha , primarily known as Silk City of Odisha.Berhampur city is a Municipal corporation and three tier city of the state. The city is well connected through Rail,Road & Air. The city is connected through Air either from Bhubneswar or Vishakhapatnam , whereas the city has a major railway station connecting almost all the parts of the country.
